I get the impression that the McGraw House expansion will take place at the current location. This is but one location in the downtown area. How about exploring a second location somewhere downtown for a second McGraw House? At its current location, McGraw House can only expand by a limited amount (unless the plan is to destroy the lovely houses that surround the McGraw House, and I hope that I am wrong). There is need for affordable senior housing downtown. A second location would allow for a bigger expansion and also prevent the concentration of a single demographic in a small area.
